Photographer Keith Mokris has posted on his website several photos and a small write-up on the Projekt Revolution stop in St. Louis, MO.

Following the Street Drum Corps, rock band Ashes Divide cranked up the lights and turned up the amps. Led by lead singer Billy Howerdel, the group rocked with finesse and style.

Since the previously posted version of The Chain was apparently “really bad” (it WAS the very first time it was performed live) here is a bit of an updated one from the show in Las Vegas, NV.

Special thanks again to Jess for filming

This past Saturday a blog post was made on the official myspace and I neglected to post it because I am a slacker but here it is now for the 4 of you that DON’T have a myspace…

Post-Projekt Revolution

So tomorrow in Houston is the last Projekt Revolution show of this tour. We just want to say it’s been a great summer for us out with the whole tour. We’ve made alot of new friends in other bands and crew alike. Everyone treated us very well and we especially want to thank Linkin Park for inviting us out(especially as such a fledgling band).

After tomorrow, we have a brief “tour” with 10 Years(only 4 shows) mostly in Texas. We did a show with them last night in Little Rock, AR. and it was chaotic! The crowd was more than enthusiastic and 10 Years put on a great show.

These shows will be followed by a short break for us and then we’re out with Seether for a bit in September/October. Hopefully we get to see alot of you as well as make some new fans and continue the momentum of the band.

We are currently working out the rest of our fall schedule and we will post the dates as soon as they are confirmed.

Thank you for your continued support! It means alot to us

take care

Billy, Jeff, Matt, Andy, and Adam

Pageantzine.com wrote up a review about the Projekt Revolution date that took place in Camden, NJ.

Onstage, the backdrop and lighting, the use of the fog machine, all lends nicely to the “feel” of Howerdel’s music, and I really enjoyed Ashes Divide’s set. His chosen touring band is excellent, and they lend a nice charisma to the stage without overshadowing the more serene Howerdel as he plays and sings his songs. With the past popularity of A Perfect Circle, and the never-ending love of Tool, I can easily see how Ashes Divide has quickly gained a foothold in the music scene, and I feel it’s well-deserved.

Unrated magazine has posted an interview with Billy conducted on an earlier stop in the Projekt Revolution tour.

“Tonight will be the third show so we only had two so far. It has been good. The first show in Boston had more people than yesterday’s show in Pittsburg which had a pretty thin turnout. There were maybe a hundred people in the pit, a hundred spread out in the seats and the rest were on the lawn. I saw people going for it in the lawn though. At times like yesterday I try to focus all my attention right to the front.”
