Billy posted a blog update on this past Saturday from Kansas City

Greetings from KC

As I sit here in the bus, still sweating from the festival show in Kansas City, I am feeling frantic and shaky. Mostly because I have a “Smiths” and “Slayer” iTunes play list going. The show was good today. We played at 2PM which is quite un-atmospheric–rock friendly but there is something special about sweating it out in the middle of the day. For one, we get to see all of you. It really does make the show to see so many of you getting into it. And for a new band like us, just letting the material sink in is what is all about at this stage of our very young 1 month touring career. So winning over a crowd of people that had no idea you existed is pretty awesome.
We have one more show tomorrow in St. Louis before our two week break. We start back up on our west coast club run in Santa Barbara on June 24th. All of you in the LA area, this will be the closest headlining show that will do for awhile. These little club show are fun, intimate and special moments in time for us. Getting to meet all of you after the show has been pretty cool. This why I got into this whole music thing in the first place, to have my music touch people the way so many musicians have inspired me. Thanks for the support and we will see you all out and about soon.

The Official Blog has been updated again - this time by keyboardist Adam Monroe

Hello all! I’m sitting here in the tour bus just chilling out and watching 40 Year Old Virgin with everyone. F#$%ing hilarious…These last few weeks on he road have been an absolutely incredible experience and shows keep getting better and better. We’re playing in Detroit tonight at the Fillmore with STP so hope all of you in the area can make it. Looking forward to meeting you at the shows. Thanks for all your feedback! Keep it coming!

According to a bulletin posted from the ASHES dIVIDE Myspace two more headlining dates have been cancelled.

Dear friends of ASHES dIVIDE,

Do to circumstances out of our control (aka promoter/scheduling conflicts) ASHES dIVIDE will not be performing at Club Oasis (6/4/08) in Louisville, KY or Huntington Music Hall (6/10/08) in Huntington, WV. I whole heartedly apologize and understand this is very disappointing to those of you who planned on attending these shows. Andy, Jeff, Matt, Adam and I were looking forward to playing for you and meeting you and are very disappointed ourselves. At present, we are in the process of planning other show dates after the Projekt Revolution Tour. Thank you all so much for your continued feedback and support and we hope to make it up to you when we do return to your areas in the future.

If you have any questions or want to contact us please go to www. myspace.
com/ashesdivide .. and www. ashesdivide.
com .. .

Sincerely,
BH

PS: We don’t talk enough…that is soon to change.

There were 2 blog updates on the official site by drummer Jeff Friedl and bassist Matt McJunkins posted yesterday

Hola amigos de ASHES dIVIDE,

We’ve been on the road for about 3 weeks now and we’re definitely in the swing of things. We just wrapped up a show in Quebec City last night. Great food, people, and amazing architecture. We’ve met so many supportive people at the shows and we’re looking forward to meeting more of you. Next up, we have more east coast shows…Headlining shows w/ Inner Party System, and some more festivals with Stone Temple Pilots, Filter, Atreyu and some other cool bands. Come visit us at a show!

-Jeff

I know many of you have had to make very long drives just to see us. So thanks to everyone who has been showing up night after night. We are always happy to see you and will try to meet as many of you as possible at each show.

thanks again!

Looks like the official website has gotten a complete overhaul. Not a ton of new content but there’s now a Blog section (which features a new blog from bassist Matt Mcjunkins), a Q & A Section (complete with the ability to submit your own questions) and a forum. The Navigation Bar also scrolls over to reveal a “coming soon” bonus section
